"I sadly had an awful experience here. I purchased a pair of sneakers and realized they looked worn, I wore them around the house and they were very painful so I took them back. I was told all sales are final in the store. There are no sign in the store to indicate that and the staff did not tell me that when my sister and I shopped there. The receipt does have a small print at the bottom that I did not see when she tucked it inside the bag. The staff asked us on the day we shopped there “where are you from?” and I answered her. Well, she brought up my race today to tell me how rude my people are… whereas her other race are elegant people… You can shop there and determine for yourself if all the items are new. If you don’t belong to the elegant race then be careful. She spat out all the racial insults and then gave me a refund, I ran out of that store so fast that I left my phone behind. Her assistant was kind to bring it out for me, so I gave one star for her nice assistant"
