"be warned, do not buy from here. They manipulate their return policy, and basically all sales are final. So here is the story. I purchased 2 pants and I basically allowed SST&C to hem the pants that I bought and they said this was the reason they couldn't be returned, because they have been altered. but their return policy says no alterations after purchase. I had purchased them with their alterations. They hem their own pants for you and call it an alteration so the sale is final. The manager also said that I had paid before the alteration was done, and tried to use this as a fact to reinforce that I altered the pants after the purchase. However, the salesman said the hem is INCLUDED in the purchase, so no cost to hem, and would take about an hour, so of course its just natural to pay and then pick up the pair of pants later, anyone would. The manager just tried to manipulate the situation and ultimately I wound up leaving the pants in the store and just leaving. In addition, I trusted the salesman who said he does the hemming himself and didn't check his work until I got home and found that the hem was done horribly. the thread was loose and the hem was wavy. And I'm not a short guy, let out the hem and sell them to someone else. He also said I could wash these pants. and when I checked the tag it clearly says "no machine wash". These pants were supposed to be for work, and I had mentioned that too, so these pants are just too much maintenance for what I need them for. Huge mistake coming to this place, lesson learned - never trust them. Just shop at Macys, or Nordstrom, or any other department store. they are much more honest. SST&C is just out to make money quick, and not to establish a good reputation in the market."
