"Today I went to Santa Anita Mall. I was interested in buying two pairs of boots. Upon entering the store, I was attended by a very tall young woman with a very good attitude; there in the store was an another employee with a Chinese appearance, although she was not assisting me, she had a very rude attitude with me. I separated a pair of boots that was undecided to buy and the Chinese lady took them off and was going to return them to sideboard ; I had to walk behind her to get my boots back. The Chinese woman was rude and she made me feel like I was not welcome in the store. In the end I did buy my two pairs of boots, but the Chinese woman gave me a hard time."
