Clarion Inn & Suites near Downtown

"Absolutely horrible. 2 different rooms neither had hot water. My daughter and I both had to take ice cold showers rooms 210 and 110. Plaster and drywall everywhere falling, bath tub had stains, toilet had stain. Do not recommend this place. The staff were nice though. Oh and no ice, and breakfast was very slim."

"We got in and were given a room that was not ready. Beds not made, trash not change. They changed rooms for us and the new room had dried vomit on the bed frame and stains on the sheets. We did not stay and left the hotel. A very bad condition overall and the rooms are filthy."

"If you’re thinking about staying just don’t. It is overpriced for what we got. With tax it was $91 and it looked like a $45 room. The guy at the front was very nice and warned me abt the construction. That didn’t bother my stay. I’ve attached pics of the condition of the room. It was peeling paint with mold, black stained bathtub floors, no lock on bathroom door, burn holes in sheets, stains on lamp shades and dirty dusty looking carpet. Which seems from age. The pictures on the site are extremely misleading. I don’t expect much from a hotel breakfast but this was just pitiful. All the coffee containers were empty, food just set out on a counter with a loaf of great value bread in the bag next to a toaster. I had to walk past the old mattresses to get to the empty coffee containers."

"The hotel is run down. Carpet in the hallway is bubbling up and dirty. The shower has mold around the edges, the towels smelled dirty; luckily I had some towels of my own. There wasn't a handle for the hot water in the bathroom sink. The heater was noisy. Overall a bad experience, not like other Clarion locations."

"Overall, good place to stay. Clean room, comfortable bed. Very nice people at the front desk. But my shower never got warm. It vaccilated between cool and tepid. I felt very sorry for the girl running the breakfast room. As soon as we walked in she apologized because they were out of milk and biscuits. Very confused about no milk"
