"One of the worst haunted houses In Knoxville. Spent over an hour standing in the same place in line. Bought fast passes to speed things up and when I explained to the nice woman at the window the line was not moving the security guard show up to harass me. Got a full refund and left after standing around an hour plus. Very disappointed in frightworks and there security. For something that cost 30 dollars a person plus 20 dollars in fast passes I should not feel criminal when making a complaint about there services I am paying for. Thank you for ruining our Friday night. For the cost of your haunted house I could have had an awesome steak at Conners and not been harassed by you’re security"

"Best place to go to get a scare and have a ton of fun. Me and my friends love the actors and you can tell they really love what they do. I love how when you’re waiting in line some of the actors will come up to you. The scare itself is very cool and I really like how many elements are at play in the scare house. If you’re thinking about going here, please do! It’s super fun."

"Great experience. Staff is professional and do their job well. Constantly changing and updating everything. Not recommended for the weak of heart. It's worth the time to visit even on off-season and special events...... The funniest time is Christmas Special."
