"Love my Powell Library! Staff is always very helpful and quick to help as needed. Have not used the computer carrells, but they are often busy, so they are a popular area. Great selection of books, views out back windows are peaceful and calm, children's section is large and well-stocked. Bathrooms are clean and easily accessible. Activity room is large. Wish they had a few more activities for toddlers during the week, but the ones they have are very good and keep the kids entertained. Only thing I wish is there was a covered area from car to book drop off in side circle when it's raining. Overall, excellent branch!"
"Nice building, well maintained public library. Thursday evening staff were not helpful in checking out patron. The male employee waived us off to an empty desk where no one ever returned. A younger female employee was helping another patron with her printing, without acknowledging us standing at her station. The least she could have done was mention that she would be with us in just a moment, but she did not. After waiting for several minutes with young children, we left without their books. Simply a bad experience."
