"Great…if they’re open. We use PetSmart for grooming and nail trim services. And when they’re open, they’re great. Here’s some things to know. 1. ALWAYS (as in every time) call and make sure grooming is actually open before taking your pet. They don’t take appointments for trim and grind, so you’re at the mercy of staff availability in any case. 2. Randomly, the grooming department is now closed on Tuesday. Who knew? CALL. 3. Even though the store is open AND grooming is open, they stop accepting trim and grind requests at random times throughout the day. CALL. To sum up, this place is great when they’re available. We have to drive 30 minutes to get our dog’s nails trimmed… and I’ve been turned away for one random ars reason or another at least five times. It’s not easy getting down here, so it’s always extremely frustrating to me when I have to turn back around empty-handed. Call."

"They're great! Always have what we need and plenty more for our dog Bane. Nice and friendly staff to assist with finding items and answering questions that we might have. We always grab a toy as we leave from the in-store grooming."
"The store is always clean, never smells. They almost always have the products I need in stock at the store, but you can always order it on the app. Employees are always friendly and helpful. My only complaint is checking things customers can only get from an associate from behind the counter. I ordered fortiflora off the app for pickup this month 11/23 and the best before date is 11/23. I had already opened it and given each of my dogs a packet. So the dates need to be checked on the products and I need to check my pickup items before leaving."
