"I signed myself and my husband up to learn some basic self defense techniques in the instance we were to be attacked. What I ended up doing was going beyond and signing up for the Black Belt Training course. Not only have I noticed an increase in my confidence, but I am more active daily whether it be stretching or practicing which leads to my overall better physical health. My husband also gets in a great exercise and with a heart issue, I was determined to get him more active! Watching the kids practice prior to the adult courses, I can see how awesome Mr. Luke is with these kids. He not only instructs them in their courses, he works with each child to make sure they’re comfortable and progressing as well as teaching them respect and discipline! And the best part, you can tell the kids are enjoying it because of the way he instructs. He and the staff genuinely loves what they do, as his entire family is involved. During classes, I forget all my worries and stresses for daily life and can put my focus on learning Martial Arts as I’ve always wanted to do, without limitations due to age, but most of all having fun while doing it. I’m fact, I’m having so much fun, I leveled up to premier training! The classes are fun, the teaching style is awesome, and the staff is wonderful to work with. There is no judgment here, so no matter your background (race, creed, religion, orientation, nationality, etc) it is left out the door and you are greeted with the same respect as given to everyone else in the class. That meant a lot to me as well in a world full of prejudice and hatred. I wish I’d have done this years ago, but I look forward for what I will achieve in the future with the Premier Martial Arts Family. Thank you all for accepting us and allowing us to grow with you!"

"Signed both our young girls up during a summer special. Gear and uniform required were included in the special and ended up being free when you purchased 6 months of instruction. The girls are enjoying the program. The leaders are AMAZING with the kids, even on days when the kids lose focus or lack energy. The discipline and respect are coming, even in my 5 & 7 year olds. I highly recommend checking out the program to see if your kid might have an interest. They also do birthday parties and parents night out events!"
