"I go to this store all the time, but on May 22, 2023 I went to the store to buy a graduation balloons so I waited in line for more then 10 minutes till was my turn because it was only 1 cashier when there was 2 employees in the store even it was busy. When my turn came I asked the employee about the graduation balloons he said they are out so I asked if he even checked before telling me that they are out and I felt that rudness in his tone of voice so I left the store and bought from different store I wanted to complain on that staff treating also share with everyone l thanks"

"Overall, this is a 5 star location. They have a great selection, the store is clean, and the associates are all pleasant and helpful. However, on my most recent visit, the Store Manager, Terry Boyd, was rude to the employees as well as me. His disrespectful manner doesn't represent the values of Dollar Tree and it is unfortunate that he represents the company in any capacity. Hopefully, this location will receive new management soon so that I can give them the 5 star rating they deserve."
