"Newly refurbished rooms. Comfy beds, good shower, nice 65" TV. Crappy breakfast selection not much to choose from. Good location close to Broadway. Free shuttle service from 9 am to 9 pm to Broadway and 1st Ave by river."

"This hotel was wonderful! My daughter and I were greated with a warm welcome the minute we walked in the door! Angel was so awesome and definitely went above and beyond for me! Both bartenders were great and even the morning breakfast was delicious and clean! The heated pool was perfect for my daughter and the location of the hotel was close to everything we wanted to do. Definitely recommend staying here!"

"We have stayed here before and had no problems. This time we stayed Tuesday - Saturday. We had no hot water at all to take showers the entire stay. We asked to speak to manager and were told they would have him (Patrick ). We never received a call. Talked to other people staying and they had the same issue with no hot water. Lot of construction going on starting before 8:00am. Noisy Expensive trip and not very happy. Recommend not staying here"

"Convenient location, about a mile from Broadway. Front desk staff was a little rude. The woman told us we were unable to have a rollaway bed because we had a double queen room, which was a little annoying due to the fact that one of us did not want to share a bed with the other person, but whatever. Breakfast was great, as a standard comp breakfast is, and the pool was awesome. A huge pool with a 3-5 foot area, and a 5-8 foot area separated by a rope. Great for adults. Rooms were a little musty and outdated. Bathroom Water temperature was unreliable and warm at the hottest temp. Parking was expensive given the fact that it is a 3 star hotel."

"Pros - free quick shuttle, accessible, good breakfast, cheap price (at least when we went) Cons- TVs don’t work, no hot water, ac doesn’t work, rooms smell like sewage, maintenance doesn’t fix when you request, parking fee not disclosed on website anywhere, etc. We got the room for a cheap price based on the weekend we went ($160). The shuttle downtown was awesome and so helpful. The drivers are amazing!! We enjoyed the free breakfast as always and had no issues with that. We had no ac, room was brutally hot, hot water wouldn’t work, tv wouldn’t work and would cut off or be choppy, etc despite them saying maintenance came. They didn’t. we talked to other people at breakfast and EVERY. SINGLE PERSON. has an issue with their room. There was a huge group from the Ireland visiting and they all had room issues just like ours."
