"The rudest staff I've ever dealt with. The desk clerk was nowhere to be found when we tried to check in at 8:00 p.m. and when she did come out of the back she was extremely snippy as if I'd interrupted her precious free time. The room was filthy and when we requested to be moved they told us there were no available rooms to move to. We packed our bags back in our car and stayed in another hotel. I will never go back to this hotel."

"This is the cleanest, most updated Extended Stay America I've frequented. The breakfast on the go area has more options than I've ever seen in my 7 years of staying with ESA. The front desk staff is friendly and professional. The building here at Nashville Premier is always fresh and clean, smelling. The linen is bright and new."

"Currently staying at this location and my only complaint is the noise disturbance from the construction crews who don't seem to care that they are not the only guests staying at this hotel. Perhaps have them stay in the same area/ floor so there would be less disturbance for the rest of the guests. My room is directly next to a group and the noise level is unbearable. Rooms are nice and bed is comfortable. Location is great and plenty of parking. Update: switched room and floor thanks to the front desk employee who was very understanding and helpful."

"This is the best kept secret of staying in Nashville. The hotel is clean, offers a kitchen with fridge, microwave, and two burner electric stove. You can get a coffee maker, pots, dishes, cutlery, and dish cleaning products free of charge. There are numerous bars and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. There is a bus stop (Route 3) within steps of the front door that gets you into the heart of downtown in 10-12 minutes ($2.00 one way). The cost is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than any of the downtown hotels-literally by HUNDREDS of dollars. Taking a Lyft from the heart of the city after a night of music and drinking will only cost you around $11-$15. I would stay here again. The staff is lovely and helpful."

"From Arrival to Checking out everything was great! I did not have one issue. Staff was great and attentive. from the lady that checked me in (and out) her co worker and the two housekeepers I had exchanges with. Everyone was friendly, attentive, dressed nice and clean and very professional. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable and I had enough pillows! I always leave a hotel with a few criticisms .. NOT with your place! I honestly will stay there again and look into other ones when I travel elsewhere. THANK YOU!!"
