"Car selection was easy with excellent photos, descriptions and online catalogue. Once the purchase order was completed online the process was harder. My wife used her maiden name on the title of our trade-in. My purchase was delayed twice for documentation problems, but I didn't receive any information about the nature of the problem until after two delays. It was impossible to reach a live person to assist me. I was on hold for nearly an hour on two occasions. The process is good if there are no issues, but it's terrible if something out of the ordinary needs to be done. Final issue: too many cars (including mine) only have one key!"

"First time ever buying a car and this process was very easy. It was surprising how easy it was, but I haven’t had have any issues. We traded in a car for this one. My car arrived on time. Everything about the car is great. Only thing is we need new usb ports because they are lose but it was covered under the limited warranty from Carvana. I can’t imagine buying a car anywhere else! "A one of a kind and superb car vending machine experience. Both kids and adults will love it. Didn’t give 5 stars because of the issue we had with the car. A broken hubcap falls off as soon as the car comes out and touches the road. guess what! The service agent at carvana tells us we can call and schedule to return the car in 7 days or we had to call a third party insurance company and pay a 100$ deductible to get that fixed. Can you imagine that? All that excitement of buying a car and jollying goes down the drain, sat in the car calling carvana customer service for the next hour. Having said that, kid got her first car!! Dear carvana associate who responded below. Calling Carvana and dealing with this fix was another experience that needs to be mentioned. we called customer service from the carvana lot as soon as we picked up the car. They even spoke to the carvana person at the pickup centre over my phone and after them talking back and forth on some recent corporate emails, they said they’ll reimburse the 100$ deductible after i file a claim with the 3rd party insurance. We called SilverRock or something like that and they filed a claim. The next day, they sent me 3 repair centers. I call all 3, they tell me they don’t work on that kind of fix. I called SilverRock back, they asked me to try another centre or try outside network. We just quit or we have to run around trying to get that fixed. They also told us that they would only fix one hubcap, what that means we’ll have to drive around with a different style on one wheel vs the others. Really tired!! Learnt that it’s better if we bought from a local dealer where we could just drive in and they would physically take care of it. Carvana does have a 7 day return policy which they keep quoting every time we call. What they don’t realize is that we buy a car after so much narrowing it down, hazzle of documentation, loan processing and so many things, and then when you go thru this kind of a experience, there are No words but just say we’re disappointed. We’re actually driving around with 2 missing hubcaps now, another one dropped out somewhere. Wonder how good they’re inspections really are? Carvana team FYI SilverRock ref.
