"Would've gave them more stars if the fitting room was open. This store is so unorganized and the managers. They told me 2 weeks ago that the fitting room was going to be opened...just keep blaming everything on "covid" smh. I don't really spend to much money here anymore because I don't feel like trying to return anything and plus some of the stuff you can't return due to it being clearance items. It'll be awhile before I shop back in here."

"Okay, so I usually steer clear of Rue 21 because of the mess and it's *usually* really cheap clothing. HOWEVER, I bought these shorts that fit so perfectly I could almost cry, and the material is not that cheap for the price of $19.99. So, this experience was better than most and I might make a few more trips and be a little less sceptical of Rue 21."

"Let's just say I'm not in my twenties... And I like Forever 21. I specifically like they're active clothes. This store doesn't carry much active wear, but online has a huge selection. They do, however have a big selection of other clothes to choose from (including men's); they have decent sales/discounts; they have big dressing rooms (and you rarely have to wait to get one); the sales associates are very helpful and available; the store is huge; they have jewelry, etc. I like this store for basic affordable clothes that stand out a bit. My only issue is the lack of athletic wear."

"First time here! Staff was so kind and hands on. He helped find what i needed and made my shopping experience magical. Lines were long but cashiers were moving quickly and still provided outstanding customer service. My only regret is not getting the guy's name who helped me shop! He was amazing!"
