"Angie (I hope that was her name) in the customer service dept was amazing. I had surgery last week and couldn’t push my cart to my car (drive up wasn’t an option that day due to holidays). She had not problem immediately jumping in to help me. She was very kind helpful."

"This is the worst Target ever on Highway 64. The managers do not help with drive pick-up. Common sense would tell them to hire more help and properly train. They are coming out with one bag at a time. This is horrible. One person said they have waited over one hour and I am pushing 45 minutes. Asked a worker and he said he hasn't seen a manager And the back area is messy. Tony is normally outside smoking cigarettes vs helping. Fire all the managers and start fresh. Just the ghetto"

"drive up to pick up your order at this location is HORRIBLE. the workers are lazy and always bringing out one item at a time, with little to no communication. the other day when we had a drive up order that was ready, we sat in the parking lot for over an hour with many others waiting on an order that never came. me and a few others ended up having to go into the store just to get our order and to speak to the manager to figure out what was going on. if i never would’ve went in to speak to the manager, i probably would’ve waited another hour. the manager stated they were short staffed, but i saw more workers avoiding doing their work standing around doing absolutely nothing more than anything. crazy thing is, the store wasn’t even crowded or busy."

"Great customer service in every part of this store, from every person that we asked for help, even from the Starbucks staff. I felt comfortable asking for help and they directed me where I needed to go with a smile on their faces. :) Thank you."
