"I called about bringing clothes in to sell yesterday to make sure of all the details because I am more than a half an hour away. The lady told me they take clothes Tuesdays through Saturdays until 4. She said as long as you are in the store by 4. I rushed my whole day to make it and it was before 4. They were rude as soon as I opened the door and said they aren’t doing anymore as of 15 minutes ago. I will not be back here. She said well.. you should have called… I said I did call and if she had told me at all there was a chance of that I would have called before I left. I would have been a good customer since I just moved here and I spent and sold a ton all the time back home. Regardless I’ll take my business to someone who knows how to talk to a customer when they walk in the door!"

"First time at this location. The store had a nice set up. I took numerous items to sell. When I went back, they gave the majority of my items back. They all were quality items, however for the ones they chose their offer was pretty insulting. I know it's a resale place, but you're going to resale the items for 3x's or MORE than what you offer. True, sellers don't have to accept the offer, but your business should make a fair offer for the value the customers bring! It would be good for marketing."

"My first experience shopping at Clothes Mentor was excellent! I came in looking for a very specific style of outfit my daughter wanted. The employees were friendly, and one employee was quick to find an outfit that was perfect for what my daughter was looking for (gothic/victorian). Great prices too! I love the return policy- 7 days as long as tags are still attached, with receipt. We will definitely come back. Thank you for the great service!!"
