"Do NOT order a major appliance from them if you are having it delivered. The Costco Logistics team is completely incompetent and it's impossible to get to upper management to file a complaint. First off, they set my units up (attached the pedestals) outside in the rain, though I provided more than enough space to do so inside. They broke the pedestal to my washer, didn't level my washer or dryer, installed the dryer door on the wrong side, installed the hot and cold water lines backwards, and poured my Windex all over the floor to make the unit slide easier. They did not check the units to make sure they worked or if they broke anything. They also left trash from the box, including a package of screws, all over the street in front of my driveway. The next team that came out, a week later, couldn't bring the new pedestal because it arrived damaged. They did fix the water lines, but did not level the units. That teamed admitted the first team was incompetent and from out of town, so they were probably rushing and didn't care. The third team came out another week later, one of them was from the original team. He was the one who hooked the water lines up backwards. They installed the pedestal and again, he hooked the water lines up incorrectly again. I will not have them back out to my house again. I will hire someone else to make sure it's done properly and will be sure never to order a major appliance from Costco again."

"This Costco location would get a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the very limited handicapped parking. The store is organized, clean, and well-stocked. The cashiers are efficient. The gas station is good other than the idiotic drivers getting gas who cannot navigate lanes. Costco recently upgraded their parking lot to accommodate more people with actual disabilities to access their store. Nicely done."

"Recently purchased a Costco membership and went in today for the cards! Everyone was so friendly, It was a Saturday so so so busy,but So glad we got the membership! You definitely get a bang for your buck as well! All of the products are extremely affordable & the size/amount of product/food is more than fair. I love this Costco location so far and 100% recommend!"
