"This hotel was really nice and best quality plus value for the money. Had really clean beds, bathroom and guest service. Breakfast was standard continental with good coffee. I would go back for my next visit here. It is located in safer neighborhood and lots to do in 3-5mile radius."

"The absolute worst! We had to switch rooms 3 times and each one was worst then the previous room. The elevator was broken, so we had to carry our bags up and down the stairs multiple times. Mold in the shower! Splatters (that appeared to be bodily fluids) on the walls! Lights missing from the wall! Smoke detectors and phones do not work! The hallways smelled heavily of smoke, despite the no smoking signs. DO NOT STAY HERE! RUN! RUN FAR AWAY! Owners and management should be ashamed!"

"HORRIBLE. We are frequent users of LaQuinta because they are usually pet friendly and provide clean and safe rooms, but this place was DISGUSTING!! Place was filthy. Hallway carpets filthy. Halls reeked of weed. Elevator out of service. Homeless guy in lobby. Lock on room door had signs of being broken into several times. Broken and stained furniture in the room. Broken glass shards from shattered car windows in dark parking lot I could go on for more, but DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!"

"Please be advised this location is awful. We had issues from the time we pulled into t he parking lot. There was no handicap parking slots or close parking available. Our room was reserved months in advance and there were no rooms available upon our arrival. Check in was at 3PM we arrived after 5PM. The nice front desk clerk Ashley personally went and got a room set up for us. The other management staff didn't seem to be concerned. Once inside of the room the walls appeared to be dirty and the carpet was disgusting. There was a strong smoke odor. I had to spray our room with Lysol and Febreze. The bathroom was dated and needed repair. Anytime we took a shower the tub would fill with water. There was one night there were no towels available so we went to target to buy towels. This place really was nice a few years ago, but it is a total waste of space and time at this point. I would not recommend anyone to stay here."

"My experience at the Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Memphis Primacy Parkway was nothing short of a complete disappointment. This hotel, unfortunately, left much to be desired in terms of comfort and cleanliness. First and foremost, the issues with mold and mildew were impossible to ignore. The pervasive musty odor in the halls, stair wells and room made it clear that these problems had gone unaddressed for far too long. The walls were not spared either, with noticeable signs of neglect and filth. The main elevator being out of commission during my stay was a major inconvenience for me and our group of 11 senior citizens. This left the group, including myself, with no choice but to navigate multiple flights of stairs, which was both tiring and frustrating. The carpet in the main areas was another source of concern. It was evident that it had been saturated at one time, and the lingering evidence of mold in the corners was alarming. This not only affected the aesthetics but also raised serious health questions about the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The condition of the pool was nothing short of appalling. It was far from the inviting and refreshing space one would expect. Instead, it appeared neglected and filthy, which made any thought of taking a swim out of the question. Over our four day stay, we saw not one person attempt a swim on what were very nice sunny days. In my room, I encountered another unwelcome surprise—ants. Having ants in a living space is not only unsightly but also unacceptable. It was disappointing that the hotel's response to this issue was inadequate. Furthermore, the wash machines and dryers on the premises were barely usable, making it impossible for guests to conveniently do their laundry. The credit card devices were not in working order, and when I went to the front desk for quarters, they were completely out. The clerk could care less. In conclusion, my stay at the Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Memphis Primacy Parkway was marred by a host of issues, including mold and mildew, a non-functioning main elevator, dirty walls and carpets, a filthy pool, ants in the rooms, and malfunctioning laundry facilities. This experience fell far short of even the most basic expectations for a comfortable and clean stay. I strongly advise potential guests to explore other accommodation options in the area, as this hotel is far from a satisfactory choice."
