"When I checked in they asked for a $50 cash deposit. I’ve traveled for 50 years and have never needed a cash deposit along with my credit card. I had $17. I asked if the hotel had an ATM, but no, that would be too convenient. The room was filthy. I wouldn’t sit in the room chair. The curtains don’t close and they’re filthy too. There’s a hole in the wall stuffed with paper. I almost left for another hotel but decided to stick it out for one night. I’ve slept in the back of a bouncing deuce-and-a-half. I can sleep here. I called customer service and was answered by a guy who, after hearing my complaints, told be in polite language to go f myself. I am retired and planning several trips, but I’ll sleep in the park before I book another Wyndham property. They should be ashamed."
"This hotel needs to be shut down by the Health Department, so many violations. This hotel is the worst ever. After, we got to our floor of our room the whole floor smelled like pot/Marijuana. Once, we entered the room we put our luggage down and husband went to get supper and I pulled the covers back and then there were Bed Bugs. There were 4 of them. I got bit by one. I took a picture took it down to the front desk and the guy at the desk looked like he was high. I asked for a refund. He said this is non-fundable hotel I asked for a different room and that one was much better. We stayed 3 days. After, our trip I realized that they over charged us for our stay. They said there was continental Breakfast and there was none, all the hallways were filled with cigarette butts, there were people outside the hotel smoking Pot and playing loud music, and the stairs you could hardly breathe; cause that is where they smoked the Pot/Marijuana. I will never stay here ever again. Worst experience ever."
"I would never never go to this hotel the smoke detector wires were just hanging the light lamps are so rusted you can cut yourself and probably get an infection the bed sheets had stains the towels were so rough like it just scrape you trying to take dry off the refrigerator was so nasty the curtains were nasty look like it just had stains all of it like it's never been washed then you got junkies and crackheads outside of the building begging for money one man was so high he just passed out there barely any parking like this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed for 89.99 a night. I need my money back. I feel so unsafe and uncomfortable in that room to the point I put my chair up to the door and I could not sleep"
"The guy at the front desk was high and giggled when I told him my safety concerns. The lobby reaked of pot. We booked here partly because of the free breakfast, which they didn't have. The shower water was either scalding hot or cool. Our first room had plastic bags on the smoke detector and sprinkler. The second room was missing the smoke detector. The rooms didn't have phones. It was a cool night when we stayed and they didn't have blankets to give us. The second day we were there, there was a Crack head in the parking lot all day and night, harassing the guests, he even came in the lobby and had a screaming match with the staff. We had to move our vehicle because he was looking in all the cars. The only good thing about our stay was the manager. She was so nice and willing to be helpful in changing us rooms, and trying to solve the problems."
"This hotel is where Priceline relocated me after a 5 hour fiasco at another hotel. I was sent to this hotel for a room and its amenities. I walked in and the overwhelming smell of Marijuana took my breathe away. I stayed one night so far and the whole place still smells like Marijuana. You have to have someone open the pool and fitness center for you. The laundry facilities are broken as well as the hot tub. These are basic amenities that I wanted and needed. Also there is no breakfast due to remodeling the kitchen. Can't they just put some granola bars or fruit out. It's pretty simple. When I got into my room I washed my hands and the drain was disconnected and flooded the floor. So I had to fix the drain pipe and clean up all the water. I would pass if given the choice of staying here."
