Reviews
"Aldi provides a budget-friendly shopping experience with a range of products that cater to essential needs. The store's no-frills approach is evident in its minimalistic layout and efficient checkout process, contributing to a quick and straightforward shopping trip. While the prices are competitive, the selection can be limited, and some may find the absence of certain brands a drawback. The quality of Aldi's private-label items is generally decent, though not exceptional. Customer service varies; while some employees are helpful, others may seem less engaged. Overall, Aldi is a viable option for those looking to save on groceries, but it may not fully satisfy shoppers seeking extensive variety or premium product options."
"Aldi is a game changer. Great prices, clean atmosphere, good variety of choices. I only wish they were bigger so I could buy all groceries from here and not have to wait in long lines."
"12/16/23 This is the worst ALDI in Memphis,TN. It's 12:44 p.m. on a Saturday and look at the line. 9ne register. The BEST ALDI is in Olive Branch, Mississippi about twenty minutes from here. THERR ARE NEVER LINES THERE. I only have a star in order to be able to give a comment; a star had to be selected. This location has gone to the dogs. It's not the employees, the few that are there, it's the unkept facility, trash on the grounds, the floors inside are filthy and the long lines are ridiculous. I go to the store in Olive Branch which is at least 25 minutes away to receive A+. I don't blame the workers because they are doing the best that they can, as I stated, there are only a handful of them. I just left the store and the young lady that was checking customers out was visibly frustrated because she was scheduled to get off at 4:30 p.m. it's nine minutes til 5:00 p.m. and she is stuck at work. There is only two lanes open and the lines are down the aisle. She stated she couldn't leave the other person with so many people to check out. Management needs to send other employees to this location or get on the registers themselves. As often as I can I will be going to Olive Branch."
"This Aldi had been my least favorite for a while. The manager was rude to me and I felt like every time I went she was catching attitude with someone new. But today I went because it was on my way to work and I left surprised. I met this guy named Matt who was super friendly and very aware of his surroundings. I had a basket full of stuff and the people behind me had 3-4 things. He politely asked if he could take them before checking me out and I gladly said yes. I didn’t realize they had barely anything, and I would of much preferred them to have gone before me. Then while bagging I accidentally dropped my oil on the floor and he quickly left his register (btw he was the only one checking ppl out) and ran to get a broom and dust pan. He picked up as much as he could to assure we didn’t get hurt and ran back to check people out. After checking one person out he ran to get a replacement oil for the one I dropped to bring it back to me. Still no one came to help him or help check people out. He was juggling all of this and with a great attitude while his manager and other employees were in the gossip. I was also with my husband and he couldn’t believe what he was experiencing. There’s still very great people on this earth. Thank you Matt for you kindness today."
"Another great experience! Even when you walk up and the cashier is 8 people deep they do what's needed to get you out in a timely manner. They are always polite, helpful, and move with a purpose. We always go to Aldi first and get everything we can before hitting one of the other over priced grocery stores in town. Keep up the good job!"
