"I was referred from a friend to reach out to this company and their owner Buck. These are my two interactions with this individual and the ratings I feel justified. The first call, Buck answered and I wasn't sure if he meant to be vague and give me the run around but I managed to get the answer and told him I'd reach out later on with the details. Once I was ready, I reached out again and asked Buck if he was ready and may assist with finalized shipping details towards his shop to drop off my parts and asked if he needed follow up info to get started on the project I asked of him prior, just for him to address with Salty remarks and dismissing me with my questions and concerns and hung up soon after. I'm not sure how he has such decent ratings with the demeanor displayed on the call but he was not at all helpful to start with."

"I was asked to provide what my concern was so here it is: What makes a business exceptionally good is 3 things: Quality of work, price and customer service. There is no doubt in my mind that your business meets 2 out of 3. Quality of work was very good. It was done fast and it was done right. In fact the car that you fixed still works. Price was also very good. The amount of money you charged was about what I expected. Now comes customer service where I am sorry to say you failed miserably that day. The level of rudeness and being disrespectful to me from not only one of your employees but also the owner was not acceptable when I visited this business a second time months ago, enough for me to decide not to bring 2 more cars that I planned for you to look at and never return. I did find another mechanic as good as you, prices similar to yours and someone who actually respectfully listens to what I have to say related to what my car symptoms are and what I think the issue is. That to me is the complete package and for that he now gets my business. I apply this 3 item criteria to every single business I visit, from restaurants to supermarkets, clothing stores and yes mechanics. Hopefully this gives you an idea of the reasons you got 1 star and hopefully you improve this area of your business."
