"Went in there this morning to buy stuff and asked them if they could use the scanner to run my check engine light. Corporate website states all advanced autos preform this service free . Manager (guy with long hair) said they are only a retail establishment and don’t do that. Went to auto zone and they did it free"

Went above and beyond to help us find what we needed and helped research the correct process. He even chased us out to the parking lot to tell us the ratio.
