"My car check engine light went on so I stopped by this AutoZone for the free AutoZone fix finder service but when I asked the young philippine guy who worked there he toll me the only one scanner they had was broken, I don't know if he lied to me because they would have more of one of those scanner to read the codes in your car available. I was in line waiting my turn and while waiting I saw this guy acting no normal with another co worker like he was mad or something. This is why I believe he didn't tell me the true about the code reader device broken."

"DO NOT SHOP HERE! I walked in and asked specifically for a Fuel Pump MODULE ($70) for my f150. Mind you, I already have the truck in the shop ready for repair. However, the sales clerk tried to say they didn’t have it and ONLY CAN SELL THE WHOLE FUEL PUMP which is $350-$400. Now if I wasn’t keen on vehicles and if I hadn’t researched this repair for a few days as well as consult with mechanics, I’d probably would have walked out buying a whole fuel pump that I didn’t need. Im It’s crazy because I googled the part and Google took me directly to this store and it said “In Stock”. So why would the sales clerk attempt to UPSELL me? Whoever the sales clerk was for transaction #615509 is to blame for this terrible aggressive sales technique. I feel sorry for customers without the adequate knowledge to protect themselves from this."
