"Would not put on a spare tire. Even willing to to pay. A spare take less than 5 mins with the proper equipment. It took me almost an hour to put it on, on the side of the road with the stock equipment. Way to help out a women pepboys. Now wonder they are going out of business."

"I booked an appointment online with ease for the next day. When I arrived to drop my truck off there was a lot of construction going on so I just parked my truck somewhere that wasn't even a parking spot. They saved the drop off spots for the construction crew. When I got inside it didn't seem like they were aware that I had an appointment. He kept answering phone calls, talking to other people. Didn't explain my options very well. He could have just been having a bad day but I just felt like an inconvenience to be honest. When I received a call later to inform me of the suggested services, it felt like he didn't really want to explain any of the procedures and I had to ask how much each thing would cost me. It was the same thing when I showed up to pick up my truck. He was talking to his co worker while he was helping me. He told me the total and I asked if I could use coupons and he said "oh well I already applied the oil change one, I don't think we have anymore?" I showed him a brake coupon and he helped me figure it out. It wasn't the worst experience ever but I would have definitely gone to a different Pep Boys if I had known about what an odd experience it would have been."
