"This place is one of the worst. The mechanics and service are very unprofessional (they are really putting good and honest certifies mechanics below standards). The quality of work is below standards to be here in Eastlake / Otay Ranch. When they do a simple oil change they let it drip on the engine and don't wipe it down, so when you drive off you will smell burned oil. Their dirty gloves are everywhere in the car and hope the free car wash gets it clean. That's why I sometimes go to Bonita or just go to Chula Vista car dealer (a little expensive). The owner need to emphasize good quality standards and service. Especially if one of your customers are engineers or marine diesel inspector who knows engines."

"I usually try avoiding this places because I heard about people getting scammed or that they just don't do a good job. Unfortunately due to Covid it was hard to get an oil change with my mechanic and I need one ASAP. For starters the staff was very rude and they were hesitant to give me all the information I need about prices and services. Second I asked the service tech if I could see the old oil filter because I wanted to make sure they had actually replaced the filter. But all he said that I wouldn't be able to tell if the filter is used or not because we would have to open it apart to know for sure. I'm assuming they didn't actually changed the filter. Stay away from this place."
