"Brought my vehicle in for a front drive unit noise. I get my vehicle back they replaced the rear drive unit, now it has a sloppy clunk and I still have the front noise. They also forgot to put my cabin filter cover back on AND the $2000 MCU upgrade, has a slower start up than my old one, completely unacceptable returning my vehicle in worse condition than I dropped it off and refused to correct the issue. I gave them eight months before writing this review. Filing complaint with CA BAR"

"Came here to test drive and ended up ordering a 2023 Model Y Long Range. Crystal was the representative helping us out. She was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, making the process of choosing Tesla an easy decision. She was able to find our spec at lower price if we were willing to drive 1.5 hours to pick it up (we did). The buying experience was a night and day difference from our visits to local Hyundai dealerships where we had to do the song and dance and haggle to get the lowest price, which was still way more expensive than the Model Y."

"The first impression: wow how many teslas need a repair, second the man at the front deck didn’t listen to our needs and tried to offer to us to come back at another time when our rattling noise will be obvious, at the end technician was able to figure out the issue, kept the car overnight and fix the small problem inside rear view mirror. The man at the front desk had deposed two Uber vouchers to take care of our transportation. We are happy now."
