"Approximately 20 months ago I had my wrap done by Edgar and his team. It looked AWESOME! I recently ran into issues with the wrap portion on the hood (see photo attached). For some reason it had aged significantly faster than the rest of the car. Regardless, I posted a review too soon and never really gave Edgar and his team an opportunity to assist. The issue was not due to workmanship, it was likely due to heat and parking under a tree (tress sap, etc). They reached out and offered to help with the issues and replaced the hood given the circumstances. They did offer to do the same wrap (3M Satin Grey Psychedelic Flip), but I decided to stick with satin black given I am currently going through insurance to deal with damage done with my fender (likely requiring replacement of the wrap on that portion). Long story short, they really do care about the service they provide you. They even took the time to give me some tips on ensuring the longevity of the wrap.
