I wanna say Jennifer or Melissa but kinda hope that's way off and they know who it is because it's only one person I could be talking about) provided the best dealership service experience I've ever, well, you guessed it, experienced. Go there, not Kearney Mesa or Chula Vista (made us wait two hours for a safety recall part they didn't have in stock and then never called us afterward. They literally just held our car for 2 hours)"

There was no warning there had been a change in policy, and Henry confirmed that they only started doing this 4 weeks prior to my appointment. Absurd. It cost $8 just to use my card. Unless they get rid of this, they’ve lost a long term customer."

"The service center never answers the phone. I have owned my car for 4 months and had to take it into the dealer 4 times. The last time the car was there they damaged the backup camera and have been doing everything in their power to ignore the issue. I would not recommend Kia of Carlsbad, which is a real shame, because Kia of Escondido is worse."
