"Toyota Carlsbad is like a well-oiled machine, but with a friendly personality. It was quick and easy to get an appointment at a convenient time. When I arrived a few minutes early, I was promptly checked in and given an explanation of service and an estimated time frame for completion. I also received text and email messages throughout the process. The waiting lounge is totally comfortable and has clean bathrooms, wifi, coffee and snacks. There is even a shuttle bus over to the outlet mall. My vehicle's maintenance was completed in less than an hour. It is worth the drive from Orange County to get such great, professional and friendly service."
