"What started off as a great relationship; getting me in the same day and doing what I requested for repairs turned into a hunt of issues that never really got solved for any of the two cars I brought in. Quotes were only honored during my first visit. Repairs were completed but significantly above cost and I was not listened to. My skid plates are still sitting in the back of my car because I wasn't listened to. Not to mention some serious attitude over the phone from the owner that my wife heard and she won't let me go back either. Fast forward a few weeks and I went and bought an electric vehicle and I'll never be back for cheap gas or cheap quotes. Sorry but not sorry."

"Owner and staff was super nice and friendly. The mechanic was able to explain what work my car needed done in an easy way to understand. The shop closed before I was able to get there to pick up my car but they left the keys with the gas station attendant so I’d be able to get my car without having to leave work early."

"Smog check was super fast (under 10min), but most smog checks are now. I dropped 2 stars for the customer service. They were very quick with me and it seemed like i was disrupting them—maybe they were feeling overwhelmed at the moment. I almost gave them 2 stars but went with 3 because they checked my car with a code reader first to make sure it had went through enough cycles to be tested."

"Wasted time paying them just to be told the car couldn't be smogged until I restored it to stock. Once I restored it and went back, they wanted to charge me again. This after driving back 20 miles expecting it to have already been paid for. Then I got a rude attitude from Ron about "assuming". A simple communication in the beginning would have avoided the whole mess."
