The reason I chose to give this place a five star review is because these people did not install the system they only sold me the equipment. So for them to take the time and be so generous as to see what could possibly be going on this was much appreciated & would recommend them to anybody. Thanks"

"About a year ago I purchased an after market rear view camera for my Explorer. Pro Auto Sound did the install. And a few months later it stopped working. Just a few days ago I called now Auto Sound and the owner Ben told me the business was under new ownership, but to bring it in. Ben and his team looked at the setup. They replaced the warped wires and corrected the installation. Turns out it was installed incorrectly in the first place. The fix took all but 20 minutes and he didn't charge me anything. Business owners like Ben, who take the time to correct a negative experience earn my respect and loyalty. It's nice to be serviced by a team that cares and has passion for customer service! Stay tuned for my next install with Ben and his team. I'm having my base radio swapped out with a new dashboard kit and digital touch-screen Bluetooth stereo. Can't wait!"
