"I was referred to AVS Elite Services after I had stopped at American Tire Co due to my engine over heating and finding my coolant reservoir empty and my oil needing changed. The referral came when they realized there was a bigger issue. David, the owner of AVS, personally met with me upon arrival. He was able to accurately identify the most likely issue, for which he suggested to run a diagnostic test to verify. In doing so, we found damage to one of my head gaskets. David gave me his recommendations and a price for service. After checking with several other industry professionals, it was clear that David offered a reasonable and well priced solution. Throughout the several days it took me to figure out what I was going to do, David graciously allowed me to keep my vehicle on his property. I ultimately found another service center due to several considerations and circumstances, but none that reflect poorly on David or AVS. I offered to compensate David for allowing me to keep my vehicle stored, however he declined. I wish I had this experience with all auto service centers.
