"I probably would have given them 5 stars until the end... Was driving into work when I noticed smoke coming from under my hood. I swung by, they were super nice and welcoming, and got back to me by the afternoon. They said they found a leak that they couldn't fix, but they topped off my oil, and said I should take it somewhere else ASAP. I asked if it was safe to drive and they said yes but just be cautious. I got about 2 miles down the road when I heard a loud sound so I pulled over and called a tow (didn't want to risk it given what I was told). Come to find out, they didn't adhere all the screws and the bottom part of my car unhinged (see photo). I don't know a lot about cars, but I knew that's not good! That's a big whoops. :/"
"Front desk was nice and they were professional... but they sent us to a dealership 30 minutes away that does not apply to our car. When we asked how much it would cost for them to just fix the part they wouldn't tell us and kept just insisting we go to the dealer. They charge $117 just for a diagnostic check, and then failed to tell us my right break is metal to metal. I will not waste my time at this mechanic again, you're better off going to a local one just outside of the fallbrook gate..."
"The team at Firestone was professional and attentive. I first brought my vehicle in for a flat repair and rotation. They identified the flat was cause by a bent rim. After I purchased a new rim from the dealer, they installed the tire and completed the rotation in under two hours without an appointment. Great customer service and professional work."
"I am extremely happy with the experience here at firestone. The staff was extremely professional and fast. The communication provided gave great detail as to what to expect for pricing and timeline for completion of repairs. I will be back should my vehicle require any additional mechanical support from their experienced technicians.
