"Don’t recommend this shop. My vehicle was there for over 3 weeks and nothing was done to it. This location looks very professional, but my experience with them was not great. I never received any updates on my vehicle, I had to call to receive any updates and was always given excuses. Now my vehicle got transferred to another shop and hopefully it can be properly repaired. My experience with fix auto has been very negative. Proceed with caution."

"Grotesque and unprofessional, first attempt at service they damaged another car part while they replaced a damaged piece with a new one, infested my vehicle with roaches and ignored me. I spoke about the issue with them by giving them solutions to the roaches. As for the damaged car part they ignored me without even offering at the very least an apology for their carelessness when placing the new piece which damaged a perfectly good piece under it. The second time I was in need of their services they denied helping me solely because I had attempted to receive assistance with my first grievance. I’m appalled at the maltreatment."

I a received numerous texts on the status of my vehicle repairs and the repairs were finished a day before expected. The team replaced and repaired the dents in the front of my vehicle. Also, Fix Auto is a Honda certified repair ship and took care of my Honda Fit. I would definitely come back to experience their friendly customer service and professional repairs.
