"I purchased a set of tires about six months ago, but one of them now has a bulge on the sidewall. I checked the warranty and it was still valid. However, the company refused to honor it, claiming that the tire was dirty as if I had hit a curb, which was not the case. When the technician arrived to inspect the car, he asked for my keys and offered to proceed without me. This was odd because the tire is on the outside of the car. Despite his offer, I went outside to observe. He looked at the tire and then checked the mileage, seemingly just trying to find a reason to invalidate the warranty."

"Took two to of my cars here. First one was for alignment early this year. Made appt and car was done within 40 minutes even though they were slightly busy. Second time - was in a car accident and they repaired my vehicle. Light, number, hood, radiator, beam, etc. this included painting hood/bumper. Shawn was patient and Efrain (mechanic) did an excellent job. Very happy with the results. Will definitely return for other services. Recommended this location to family members as well. Thank you!"

"I brought my car in for break service after making an appointment as early as 8am. The service took all day, from 8am to 6pm. This is the second time I bring a car here and service takes all day long. Not only do they take all day to service your car you also have to keep calling to check for any update on your car. I think if I wouldn't of called my car would still be at the shop the next day. This is horrible! After reading some old reviews I see they tend to over book appointments all the time and this has been happening for years! Its now obvious to me that the customer service manager has done nothing regarding this situation even after responding to all this complaints in the pass. If you value your time stay away from this place nothing will change. Now one of the center caps for one of my wheels fell off. Must have not been properly installed when they put my tires back on."
