"I am giving this store one start based on the experience I had earlier today. I needed to replace a battery that was under warranty and the guys at the counter refused to do it because, according to them, it was too difficult. I have had my battery replaced in this same location at least 3 times. I feel the guys were just too lazy and came up with that excuse. This is my nearest store and when people are having car problems, we just need a reliable service. I wish autozone could refine their customer service and show some consistency."
"Last two visits seemed like the term "customer service" doesn't exist in any of the workers vocabulary. That along with the long wait just to pay and the hassle they gave me to get a lifetime warranty item replaced that was purchased there, yet wasn't in their system, even though i had the original receipt with me. I had to go to a different store location where they were able to pull it up and honored the exchange with no hassle."

Giovanni helped me out a ton with my battery issues and was super friendly. Very honest, knowledgeable and friendly. Greatest customer service I've had!"
