"Worst experience at a Pep Boys location so far. Got a call about an hour before my appointment to have my appointment pushed back 30 minutes because “they were going to lunch”. Now I have been waiting for over 3 hours and my car is not done yet What is the point of having an appointment if they are not going to respect the appointment time. This is beyond disrespectful since this people do not take into consideration that people have plans and plan their day accordingly. Will not recommend or come back to this location ever again. Had to go back the day after because it looked like my car was leaking oil. Turns out that the mechanic spilled oil all over. When I say this is the worst experience with a Pep Boys location is an understatement."
