"Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve had with Uhaul to date. Picked up the vehicle and noticed the gas was already empty. Proceeded to promptly pullover at a gas station and fuel up. As I started to pump gas into the vehicle I noticed gasoline was gushing out from underneath. Upon further inspection a hole had been drilled into the gas tank. Makes sense why the gas was empty when I picked it up at the Goodyear location!!! When I called the business who rented me the uhaul, they weren’t very concerned about the situation and advised me to drive the vehicle back to them!!! This was an incredibly unsafe situation and I was less than thrilled to have to lose 2 hours out of my day as a result of dealing with this situation. You should be ashamed of yourself as a company that you allow your products and vehicles to endanger your customers wellbeing due to negligence. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. EDIT: Yes I know it’s not a uhaul, but you rent Uhaul vehicles from your business. Those vehicles are your responsibility!!"

"As a customer I know I can be a pain so I just had to take a minute to write this review because excellent customer service should not go unrecognized. Mario helped me select some reasonable tires, but when I wasn't happy with them he did everything he could to accomodate me without making me feel like a jerk. He was very patient, professional, yet also personable. I would definitely recommend this shop because of him!"

"The entire team possesses very good people skills and customer service. During a recent visit, I was getting an oil leak repaired on my car. While there, their pointed out that my tires were dry rotted and it would be dangerous to continue driving on them. I bought in my tire protection plan, thinking my old tires were still under warranty. What Mario, the Store Manager taught me, was that the previous place sold me brand new tires that had been sitting in a warehouse for over a year. Not only, did Mario, Jennifer and Lou help me buy some new tires, but they taught me what to look for to make sure I get exactly what I am paying for......brand new tires!!!. Additionally, I had to leave my car overnight and catch the bus back to South Central. Lou ran after me, offering to give me a ride home thinking I live in the area. I was very grateful and impressed that he was willing to give and old disabled veteran a ride home. They won me over and I encourage anyone looking for a team to work on your car as though it was theirs, to give this store a shot to take care of your car needs. You won't be dissappointed!!!"

"I've been coming here for 7 or more years. Ladies it's hard to find a mechanic who's honest. I recommend this place and. Thank you Mario for the great work. To all woman who are looking ..for a honest and not trying to come up on you or over pricing , Mario will take care of you. Good service all around and you crew thumbs up."
