"Bought a new 2023 Ford Tremor from Fairfield Ford. My subsequent experience with staff in the Fleet services department was completely strife with utter incompetence, ignorance and unprofessionalism. The simplest repair request was repeatedly misunderstood, misdocumented and subsequently misevaluated by the tech staff in light of the misdocumentation. Numerous attempts to contact the employee regarding their misdocumentation of the invoice that was emailed to me were unsuccessful for hours until it was too late and the failed evaluation by the tech staff had been completed. I attempted to discuss the matter with the employee in person and ask the invoice for repair be updated to correctly reflect my issue. At one point I requested to speak with the tech staff and was refused and accused of maligning her relative to her capability to convey my information. At another point while simply requesting a correction be documented to the invoice prior to a new appointment, I was met with repeatedly being accused of providing the misinformation in the first place along with the character assassination of having trust issues and not letting them just handle it. This just highlights what was days and hours of my time on two very simple warrantee issues I could literally handle in my garage in less than an hour. I finally just told her to cancel my appointment. This was something she seemed to be able to handle. This is what comes after 101k out the door. Caveat emptor."

"I just had the brake calipers on my Mach E professionally painted 2 days prior to the service. And after tire rotation was done, I checked my car and saw large scrapes on the 2 front big brakes. I told the service adviser, and I didn’t know if I was expecting something different but it’s very predictable that they denied responsibility. He told me it might be caused by rocks BUT I checked those calipers before checking in and they’re pristine. It’s quite clear now that they don’t really care about your car when you dropped them off for service, they just want to finish as quickly as possible."

"Great service department. I’ve gone here for a few service appointments and they have always finished way earlier then estimates that I thought already were understandable. I left a review for one appointment (for something small) and they happily called me and fixed the situation same day and even offered to come back again later free of charge if I see any minor details. They work fast I’m telling you. Also if you have a positive understanding attitude, they will too. Also Ford has great car support for the Mavericks. Bought mine at Sac but wish I would of bought mine here."
