Gio scanned both of my vehicles and diagnosis problems on my Jeep and BMW. He even went so far to help me understand how to replace the parts he recommended. Great customer service! There are all sorts of characters that come to this place and what I can tell you is they do a great job handling all sorts of personalities and moods. Let's face it when you're working on a car sometimes your moods change and sometimes fools carry that mood with them while purchasing auto parts. This place is great at not mirroring these moods. IT'S OBVIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS #1 HERE!"
