"Bought tires here for a great price. They did the install and did a quality job. I have also had them fill my tires for me, but you can do it yourself in the parking lot if you wish. They rotated and balanced my tires as well, but I did have to make an appointment. The appointment was over a week and a half wait time. I am not sure if that is normal though. Overall these guys do a great job, they are friendly and efficient. My only complaint is that it is very hard to get someone to pick up the phone, and just as hard to get someone to greet you at the counter. Seems like the guys are always busy in the garage and there isn't someone dedicated to the front desk for customer service."
"Need to careful when you buy tires, even you have 2 tires are good in your car they need to change. Don't trust, they need you to expend more money."

"I guess it's better to have an appointment rather than walk-ins. I was the first one here when it was opened at 10am and they had 2 appointments ahead of me. 4-5 workers (no manager on site) and yet I've been waiting over 4 hours. Workers couldn't give me any ETA of how long the wait will be. Then I see and hear the workers making sexist remarks when a female goes pumping her tires at the self air station. Customer service not at their finest. Didn't expect them work on my tires first as I didn't have an appointment but at least let me know it will take all day rather than "I don't know." Or "I can't give you a time.". Ridiculous."
