"I was just going to have my oil changed. But after talking to your agent, decided on the minor service. I asked how long it would take. He said 1 1/2 to 2 hours. So to my surprise when he finished in 45 min. After looking at my receipt, what the mechanic put down would take longer than 45 minutes. Then when I saw the suggested services, would cost me an additional $4600. I have decided to get a second opinion from someone else. I think the trust I had in you has now disappeared. I'm going to take it to a more trustworthy place."

"The customer service, as a first timer, was excellent. Being a new car owner they put my fears at ease as I brought my car in for a routine maintenance check. Brandon told me of my options but never pressured me to up grade if it wasn’t necessary. He kept me updated on the needs of my car throughout the day and made arrangements for shuttle service to drop me off and pick me up from work. I knew beforehand how much I would be paying and what would be under warranty. My experience with Brandon and Hanlees was seamless and I appreciate the care they took in making sure I was informed and my car was taken care of."
