"We had a wonderful experience shopping at Karl Lagerfeld Paris Ontario Mills. All staff are every friendly. The styles fit my mom well. Cass is such a sweetheart. She is not only attentive but also very knowledgeable of her products. She knows immediately what my mom likes from the few items she was trying on. Then brought her more similar items for her to try on. When there was a little issue, Cass handled it professionally and put customer's satisfaction as a priority. The whole shopping experience was great! The natural kindness from Cass is amazing. She is such an asset to the company. We are lucky to met her. 5 stars!"

"This store is not even worth the 1 star, but google doesn't allow 0 stars. I bought something online that was supposed to be XXS, but it fits like an M. I paid for shipping and the return policy said that I could use the label included and pay $6, or I could return to the store with no extra fees. I do not live near that area, but happened to be around for work. I took time out of my day to go to that store in Ontario Mills with the garment. The garment is brand new with all its tags included. The person working there could not be bothered to even look up the order. The first thing he said when I stated that I needed to return the item was "We don't take returns!", but their website says that they do! I didn't even care if it wasn't a full refund or store credit or whatever, I just do NOT like the item because it is excessively big on me. To me, it is useless to have, it takes space for no reason, and I will never wear it. He kept his stance of refusing the return, which is false advertisement from their part. I called customer service and they said that returns are "to discretion of the store and they can refuse for no real reason". Stay away from this store! TLDR: Stay away from this store! They will not accept any returns even when brand new!"
