I checked the website to confirm hours and it said 10 a.m. I got to the store at 10:30 a.m. and the gates were still down and store closed. The store window also says 10 a.m. So I called the store as I can see employees inside. Was told that they got a "late start" today and won't be opening until after 11 a.m. What??? That's not acceptable in my book. Esp during the holiday season when everyone is already busy."
