"Terrible. I went in about 20 minutes before closing and I was about to buy 4 items and asked about the return policy and the Asian lady said final said and I paused a second to look at the clothes and she said next. Didn’t even give me a chance to pay and basically kicked me out. Terrible customer service!!! Also the fitting rooms the lady looked at me with a mean face and said they’re closed."

"I should read the reviews before I go there. I had the same experience like them. Fitting room are close and no refund for the clothes I could not try. Never ever shop there."

"Employees distracted in their own things and not helpful, asked 2 employees where I could find something and they just pointed and said if not there, then other place. Was not able to find the dress & they obviously didn't care to help either but continued to do their own things. Dressing rooms are closed and no refunds only store credit, how convenient!"

"The associates were great and very helpful Manager and store owner extremely rude and violating when we went to use dressing rooms they were unbelievably rude and disrespectful legit blaming cdc guidelines that don’t even exist….. then when I asked my daughter to just put everything back the “manager “ went to grab items extremely aggressively in a violating manner everything in my daughters hands in which I had to stop her because we had purchased items from other stores in hand and she was holding bags… this store is a joke and should really be taken over by better business practicing owners! I don’t recommend shopping here! Plus the close are widely over priced."

"They have very cute clothes for plus size but their dressing rooms are still not open even after restrictions were lifted, their cashier service is slow, you can’t get a refund on clothes, only store credit or exchange after 14 days, and party dresses are final sale even though you can’t try them on still. Ended up being a waste of money and can’t even return certain items. Don’t shop there until they open their changing rooms."
