"I’ve been here a few times. When I went in the first couple of times last year everyone was nice. They greeted me and asked if I need help. I went to visit about a week ago and no one said anything to me, but greeted everyone else that came in after me. Not sure if it’s because they assumed something about me but whatever. I was in the there for maybe more than 10 minutes. Everything is pretty expensive I can understand for some things but for some other things, I’m not sure (and I’m basing it off the material used for some articles of clothing). There were three ladies working (again none of them helped me with anything or acknowledged me whatsoever) and the spent the entire time I was inside they were talking about their drama and I overheard one of them saying that someone was a “hoe”. The atmosphere is just really bad. I would have bought something had they helped me or maybe not blatantly spoke about people in that way especially at work. I might try the other locations but the one here is not worth anyone’s time just because of the lack of customer service."

"Girls are very rude. Still half an hr before they closed, she was waiting around with keys and purse and would not let my niece try on a different dress.. about our third time at the store and always spend a good amount of money but not going back because of the awful customer service. The only reason I gave two starts is because we like the dresses."

"I’ve gone here multiple times, always has been a good experience. I got my prom dress here as well. Clothes are soooo cute and the staff is so helpful finding stuff for me! They really know their stuff. Knew what colors would look good on me and what size I’d fit in best right off the bat. They are strict with their dressing room rules, but it’s for privacy reasons for other guests and so that their clothes aren’t damaged in the process of trying them on, so I understand. Love it here so much. Cant wait to come back!"
