"These guys are horrible and will never admit a mistake. Bought my car 3 years, on the first freeway ride to celebrate we had to pull over due to jerking and not running smooth, called a tow truck because someone from the service department forgot to tighten a cap and never a sorry. recently went back because I didn’t have much oil from the last oil change so again towing it to the dealership service but of course they didn’t do anything wrong and found a piece that needed replacement. luckily it was covered under the warranty or else I would of had to deal with it myself. I’m not going back now that my car has reached 30k miles, last service I was explaining to the guy that I feel like my heater is getting stuck when I move it back to normal air coming in, this guy acts like I was born yesterday and says “It’s from the car’s engine”, he never put in a request to reevaluate because you know he might be wrong since I drive the car more than him. But I’m done with this place good luck, they suck so bad. oh and they overcharge so much for parts, I kept going back because of the oil change coupon deals but I mean if I’m not getting as much oil as advertise then what’s the point of the deal."

"Nissan Nightmare Before Christmas An absolute nightmare of a Nissan customer experience with the service department. I brought my car into Ricardo who seemed very kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. I truly believe he would take care of my car. Unfortunately they went on to do unnecessary repairs before addressing my first concern that was ignored (I thought the issue might be explained by damage I couldnt see after my car hit a dip and was worried a sensor camera might be damaged). Three weeks and a several irrelevant suggested repairs later (for example they suggested i replace a brand new out of the box air filter for $90 before the $400 fuel cleaning and had already completed a transmission repair under warranty that they said was mysterious because they had never seen the part go out on a Nissan Maxima only on Sentra), they called me and told me to call my insurance because the vehicle is damaged and the damaged sensor is throwing off the computer and speed control. The insurance adjuster worked fast and completed an estimate for $7K in repairs (none of which they suggested I fix in any estimate prior to this). I had to escalate to the service manager , Richard, to dispute the cost of the over $400 for a fuel injection service that was not the issue afterall. After a very unprofessional bullying session from him and his service rep turned cold, Ricardo, I was told they would complete the repairs on my car for the cost of the deductible and “absorb the cost of the fuel injection service”. After walking out of the meeting and waiting to consent to repairs, I was informed that the service manager changed his mind and no longer was willing to complete the work on the car and my car would be given back to me in 5 minutes. I asked why. The service manager told me it was because of something I said when I walked out of his office but would not tell me what I said. After a lengthy wait for my car (that is having speed control issues leaving me unable to control my speed safely while driving) he handed me the copy of service documents that I requested and told me that he refused my service because he thought I would be better swerved at a body shop (after telling me it was personally because of me but wouldn't explain. )I had been informed by Ricardo that the computer issues with my car could “only be diagnosed and reprogrammed by Nissan only so I am concerned and confused). He and his employee lied to me and were downright mean spirited and made me get into a very unsafe car to drive away alone. I felt ganged up on by them and publicly humiliated. I certainly was lied to and sent away in a death trap without any care or concern. I would highly caution anyone from bringing their vehicle to this service department as it is unsafe and unprofessional. I am very disappointed because the local shop I took the car to before I initially took it to Nissan told me to take my car straight to the dealership because something was wrong with the car beyond what he could do. So. Here’s hoping my car insurance can help me sort this out and get my car fixed…… because this Nissan dealership can’t and won’t."
