The second visit was in 2015 for bras, cami's & prosthetics after being diagnosed w/breast cancer. Both times were great experiences thanks to the patient, kind & professional, and experienced owner & employees. Going back tomorrow for updates/replacements. ☆"

"Unfortunately, my first experience was great with them when just walking in. Last week I called 4-5 times (Tuesday, Wednesday, thursday, Friday) because I only had a two day window in Ventura. I left messages for appointment and to call back. No call back or pick up the whole week. I get if you miss a call or forget once. We are all human, but when you call the whole week and no reply or pick up, that means there is a problem. My sister was adimant about me going there. I should have just gone somewhere else. Now I am rushed to find a place to get what I need before my flight. They lost me as a client and disaapointed my sister due to my situation since she referred me. Hopefully they don’t lose anymore clients and fix this situation."
