"Without a doubt a great option if you're trying to save a bit of $$. I've purchased everything from furniture and shampoo, to kids toys, hand carts and clothing items. I've only had a handful of "dud" purchases (shoes, sport bras, tank tops and lip gloss [used?! No thanks!!]), but overall I've been pleased with what I've got. The best item I've found was a portable (tall, on wheels) AC unit that was over $300 retail and I paid just $160 for it (the packaging was damaged, but the AC unit was brand new and we've been using it for at least 4 years now."

"I've been going for years and customer service has gone way down. Not sure if it's the girls fault, but management and policies needs to care about customers. Not just have a general policy that makes longtime customers feel like they don't matter. All they care about is money, and they are definitely making plenty of that as bidders are overbidding on items like crazy now. You can often get the same items for cheaper at Costco and Walmart brand new because people aren't doing their research. It's really gone downhill and it used to be my favorite place. So disappointing."
