"The only good thing about my experience was the cashier. We go to this Ross because we have never had issues at this one, unlike the one over by the mall where every time we are in there, they follow us around and treat us line we are criminals stealing stuff, however in the time they are busy following us around, I literally watched 3 different people fill up backpacks and walk out. Anyways, when my boyfriend and I went here a couple days ago they treated us the exact same way, even though every time we go there we literally spend hundreds of dollars, every single time. This time was totally wrong. I even made a point of taking my money out and counting it in front of them. They also grabbed my cart from me when I wasn't looking and said the reasoning was that it didn't have a pole on it so I either had to switch carts or leave it up front while I finished shopping. If your carts are supposed to have "poles" on them then why are there ones that customers can access that don't have those poles on them? They could've come and told me what the problem was instead of just childishly sneaking it away when I wasn't looking. Anyways, you should've seen their faces when we went up and paid for everything in our cart. We however will not be shopping here anymore, we will be Burlington customers for now on. Only because there is no reason to treat us that way when we have never stolen anything and every time we go there we spend lots of money. We don't have problems like that anywhere else besides Ross. The cashier however was extremely friendly and non judgemental. I can say that much."

"I can not believe that a business like Ross would operate without letting customers use their restroom, seriously there’s pregnant women, kids and elders and their excuse is that their restroom is out of order!!!!! Do something to fix it because I do see plenty of people making purchases."
