"I was immediately welcomed upon entering the store. The associate was so friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. (I wish I had gotten her name!) She helped me navigate sizing and made me feel comfortable in a store that I didn’t even think had anything for me. At the register she added me as a member and rang me out for gifts with purchase. She made this an incredible experience and a new, loyal customer. Thank you!"

"Workers are nice, a lot of stuff out of stock. The cut is unisex, so it’s harm to find hoodies for women that fit right. Also the quality of the clothing is really bad. It guess it’s just popular with college kids"

"awful customer service. when me and my friends wanted to try clothes on, multiple girls walked past us giving us funny looks and didn’t help us. so we each went into the fitting rooms to try a few items on. when i exited the room to give the associate the clothes i didn’t like she accused my friend of stealing and was extremely disrespectful. she claimed that she found a tag but what she didn’t realize was that no one was paying attention earlier and when my friend went into her room there were hangers in there already, so someone before us had stolen, not us. she started lying saying she saw her go in with this specific sweater when the only things my friend had tried on were tank tops and a pair of sweatpants. next time watch your fitting rooms and don’t lie. not personally a fan of being accused of stealing when im trying to shop."
